The name Wæm Vr-55n Rushem is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Vr-55n Rushem was founded by Anghara Dyegfe, who was culturaly Constructi.
Climate
Wæm Vr-55n Rushem has a yearly average temperature of 18°C (64°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 10°C (50°F). Wæm Vr-55n Rushem was founded durring the early 12th century in summer of the year 1103, by Anghara Dyegfe. The establishment of Wæm Vr-55n Rushem suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Wæm Vr-55n Rushem which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Wæm Vr-55n Rushem possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. In spite of the Galvanic Grid, these lights continue to use their old fule sources to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Wæm Vr-55n Rushem has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Wæm Vr-55n Rushem's natural decorations nor waterways.

Wæm Vr-55n Rushem has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Wæm Vr-55n Rushem's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Wæm Vr-55n Rushem was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Wæm Vr-55n Rushem lost 209 people, 291 livestock, and 99 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 229, when members of Wæm Vr-55n Rushem's militia enacted an operation to gain control of a particular research site. The operation was complicated by the officers in charge fight among themselves, weakening the army as a whole. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Wæm Vr-55n Rushem's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Wæm Vr-55n Rushem's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
